Caring and Compassion. We care about how your feelings from the moment you reach out to us, throughout your journey, to our final goodbye. We want to listen to your story and walk alongside you. You matter, always!

Trustworthy. We know how hard it can be to trust medical professionals, especially if you’ve had a negative experience during your pregnancy, labour and delivery, or post partum journey. By using evidence-based information and matching it with your needs, we strive to gain your trust so you can feel cared-for and listened-to.

Safety. We understand how vulnerable people feel during pregnancy, labour, delivery, and post partum. We are here to help you feel heard and validated in your thoughts and feelings. Our goal is to create a safe space to share in your journey, no matter what you are going through.

Insurance

Did you know that your Insurance company might cover private RN visits? Check your insurance policy to see if you qualify for coverage! Your Health Care Spending account may be the easiest way to get coverage. Most insurance companies require a prescription script for a lactation nurse (RN) from your doctor in order to cover the cost when requesting RN Visit coverage (outside of Health Care Spending account). If your visit doesn’t qualify, be sure to claim it under medical expenses in your taxes, which does cover RN visits.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 nonrefundable fee.
